Ordered an ECM for my Duramax from them basically over the phone ... i specifically asked about the refund policy in case it wasn't right. I was told I had 14 days for a refund. No problem. So i ordered it. They were very good with getting the order but that were it stopped. to start---- The delivery took 7 days longer than promised--- and when i called for the refund because it didn't work, they sent the return label, and I was told I would get the refund after received. No mention of a restocking charge till i got a email about a week later confirming my refund --- not in full--- a few hundred less, So I got a unusable ECM aafter waiting days more and got charged for it. I did email them about this deception, and i did get a call back, basically saying the restock is in the small print.....my bad to have trusted the phone rep....when I specifically asked them about the refund policy before the purchase. So cant trust to be told the correct shipping times or that refunds are ok in the 14 day time frame----but they wont finish the rest of the refund info----and tell you about the restock fee....200 bucks for a worthless part they sent---nice racket.
